Founder + CEO

Ray Kelly is an inventor, founder, and CEO pioneering a new category of design-led health technology at the intersection of sound, recovery, and human performance. As the Founder & CEO of TERSA, he is advancing a new approach to wellness focused on nervous system regulation, recovery, and expanded states of consciousness. His work spans multiple inventions, including the patented SAVA Sound Pod, with a broader vision to redefine how individuals and institutions experience wellness.
With over two decades of experience working at the highest levels of performance and recovery, Ray has advised and managed the health of elite athletes, global music artists, executives, and royalty. His work offers a rare lens into the demands placed on the body and nervous system under sustained pressure, informing a more integrated approach to recovery and human optimization.
Ray’s path into this field was shaped by personal adversity. As a junior Australian athlete, his football career ended following a series of severe injuries, including multiple knee reconstructions as well as spinal surgery, and complex autoimmune challenges. These experiences became the foundation for a lifelong pursuit of understanding pain, recovery, and the deeper connection between mind and body.
From an early age, Ray immersed himself in performance and human physiology - becoming Australia’s youngest qualified football coach while studying anatomy and physiology and working as a strength and conditioning coach in his teens. He went on to further his studies across exercise science, biomechanics, injury rehabilitation, and kinetic chain assessment -building the technical foundation that would underpin his later work.
Over a 20-year career, Ray became a globally sought-after pain management practitioner, particularly within the music industry, where he managed the health and performance of some of the world’s leading artists. During this time, bridging his work in pain management and nervous system regulation with the profound impact of immersive music, he developed a proprietary methodology centered on a more integrated, multidimensional approach to healing and performance.
Today, Ray’s work has evolved beyond practice into building TERSA as a category-defining platform. Through a combination of patented technology, original sound, and design-driven environments, he is focused on creating immersive systems that support recovery, regulate the nervous system, and unlock new levels of human performance.
